Imprint is horrendous
Imprint is horrendous. I had a Shell card for over 30 years with no problem. I made a $135 payment before the transfer which wasn’t credited, somehow an extra $100 was added to a zero balance and customer service is non existent. Waited an hour twice and got disconnected. Made complaints to two state agencies. I think I will close this account and maybe that’s what they want.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a credit card. I used it one time and will not use it again. Impossible to reach customer service or a human. Website is down, can't access anything. Do not use this card!
Completely ridiculous
Completely ridiculous. My shell card was transferred to Imprint and it's been a nightmare to get a card. I see other reviews that outline the same issue I have. Have never received a physical card but when I try to access information online the site tells me I need to activate using information on the card. The only thing I can connect with is virtual assistants that aren't helping at all. 20 years of loyalty to Shell is not considered closed.

I've been on hold with Customer Service for over 90 minutes, they are, without a doubt the WORST in the world.
Been trying to cancel a card that was changed to imprint without my knowledge, have a $0 balance, but the apps don't have the ability to cancel, must speak with an agent.
If only they would answer the phone.
Imprint is NOT a Legit company
Imprint is NOT a Legit company. It is off shore company and when Crate and Barrel overcharged me by $16.74 and the store credited my card account since I had already paid my invoice in full, and by federal law must send me a check upon request within 7 business days, and I called customer service, she claimed that my $16.74 was already processed in April until I told the her that my June statement still showed my credit balance proving I never received any check for my being overcharged.
To avoid, wasting time and losing money, Cancel all Imprint Credit cards asap and do not be lured by the promotions. In the end it costs you more money. Imprint is Not Legit. And should be closed !!!
Absolute GARBAGE!
Absolute GARBAGE. Charged $20.50 in Shell Gas on this card and set up payment address in my Bank Account. I will verify the bill has been paid and cancel this card. I am NOT going go through a 6 f**KING digit code EVERY TIME I go to the website or call 1-888-427-0544 ..... calls will NOT come through our landline and I will NOT go out to the garage and grab our "cell phone" every I need to get a security code. It is for emergencies in the car only. Screw this new card. They ruined our wonderful, plain old, Shell Gas Card. I can use ANY credit card at the pump at Shell if I want to and get home and pay it off on-line through my bank and it's paid at 10pm that night. Most likely, DONE with Shell. They NEED to get rid of this horrible situation.

Imprint.co is terrible
Imprint.co is terrible. Every other review I've read about them is 100% accurate. I've experienced the same issues everyone else has and its really comical how bad this company really is. After 30+ years as a Shell customer I'm closing my account and going to pretty much any competitors I can find. I can't imagine anyone else being this bad or a better way for a company to alienate long time customers any faster than Imprint has. If you want to get rid of your customer base just hire imprint.co to take over your card services.
Why would Shell do this to loyal customers?
Same as the others . Shell transferred my account to these imbeciles. I never received the card. I get stuck in an AI loop. Won’t even let me cancel my account without activating the card. I can’t activate the card without the last 4 digits of the account number. Can’t get the last 4 digits without the physical card. Can’t talk to a real person. I’m beginning to wonder if this is a scam company.

We have been with Shell since 1965...That's 61 years...This latest debacle of Shell leaving Citibank is ridiculous...I have NEVER received a new Shell Imprint Mastercard even though the robot says one was mailed in April...I have been able to go online and pay my bill, but I can't talk to a live agent...61 years may be the last year we have a Shell card...

Everything I wana say bad about shell using Imprint to pay Bill's has all ready been said by other customers this is the worst experience it took 3days to pay my bill,ive been payn my Shells gas on time since day 1,with my debit card, not my bank account debit card,on the app it said add debit card it kept getn declined, reason is u have to link ur bank account to a third party & then u can only add ur bank depot card which I didn't trust imprint to use ,I had no choice so I could pay my bill,I spoke tut o Tatiana she was no help @all,just a headache took 1hr for a call back,Shells can u please get rid of Imprint please
Imprint Card Disaster
I am a long time Shell customer. I have three card users on my account. I pay my balance every month. This month, after the Imprint migration, my bill was three times higher that my monthly average. There were four charges in one day. The statement does not tell me which card was used or where the charges were made. I have called customer service several times waiting for hours for an answer. The AI assistance is a constant loop directing me back to calling customer service. I THINK I was able to disable the cards and close my account by using the AI assistant. I am not paying the bill until I get answers to my charge inquiries. This matter is looking more and more like it will take an attorney to get their attention and resolution. I am done buying my fuel from Shell!
