It has been 39 days since I placed my order on 11/26/23 and my credit card was charged 11/27/23. When I inquire about the shipment, I get an automated response that it is in transit.

Ridiculous customer service
Ridiculous customer service! I didn't receive my order and they refuse to assist! I called Canada Post with the tracking number and they advised that the shipping company needs to open a claim which they are refusing to do! They took my money but have not delivered the product!! horrible

Billed through a different company. Over charged from invoice I checked out with. Received wrong item and went through hell to get refund. Nothing they sell is worth the aggravation they put you through because of their mistakes!
