Horrible customer services. Caught them calling us names and swearing at us. Management confirmed the incident occurred but did not want to do anything to correct it. Obviously wanted to end our contracts with them after this, and despite the contracts ending due to their negligence they held our customer gowns hostage yet said it should be our diligence to do what was right by our customers.
