My fiancé and I used this service and on many occasions, one of the advisors, Taylor failed to show up to scheduled 1:1 mentoring. We submitted a request for a refund based on the fact we were not getting enough out of the service and were significantly mislead regarding the lifespan of mining machines. In short we were treated as a number, not a human being with our own schedules to attend, we were not included on a group chain to signal when to make trades missing what could have potentially been valuable information - we will never know.
We were given a verbal acknowledgment that this would be refunded and an apology for the failed service. We awaited the refund and nothing happened. We followed up 4 times over the last few months and were assured this would be processed. After months of attempted communication, we received an Email saying the refund had now been denied by the owners. I strongly recommend finding a company with better customer service and integrity as this simply is not it.

My withdrawal was delayed for months with no clear reason. Once Leinș felder stepped in, the issue was resolved quickly and professionally.

Started off with just some miners, support from Taylor was great. Got intrigued by crypto courses. Ended up getting Trading Academy, Defi Academy, Advanced Investor and Advanced Trading courses. Experience has been great with Hish, Mitch and Will. Courses and ongoing "plays" are supported in their discord continuous so it's not just a pay for a course and never hear from them again.

Heavy focus and risk management and trader Psychology which is great to see as opposed to a 100x leverage trade / get rich quick scheme.

There's strategies to cater for everyone's risk appetite. Could be a simple as a collecting yield on stable coins which is still a lot better than a term deposit
