The product I bought didn't arrive, and no one is replying to emails, forget about a refund - It’s a scam!

Owner of the gym treatening people online, massieve 1 star for that.

Really like this gym like going after work as I finish work at 5 get to the gym at 6 do my training session have a sauna to wind down have a shower then home sauna are no longer available now after 8pm so I’m thinking about moving gyms age limit for the gym should be 18 years of age to stop kids from vandalising changing rooms too many kids in the gym Messing about unsupervised I am really disappointed

Ordered a week ago - Still not arrived.

Got in touch to find out what was going on a week ago (2nd May) it is now the 9th May and I am none the wiser. Item hasn't been received and I was told that they would get in touch via email by the end of 2nd May to let me know and I still haven't received anything back from them...

Got a great deal on some plates I have been wanting. Quick delivery and service too. Can't ask for more!

Bad customer service, did help on one issue, but then just decided to cancel my entire order without telling me.

I hadnt received my parcel that I had ordered 2 weeks prior, was a problem with courier after investigation. After contacting the Imperial team I was sent my item next day delivery. Very impressed with the customer service. Thanks.

The product arrived promptly and is very good quality

So I placed an order last week for the cable pulley system, however I received an adjustable kettlebell instead. This was disappointing but mistakes happen. That being said I messaged the team and they were on the case straight away. Within the hour they had responded to my email on the issue, organised a courier to pick up the mistaken item and shipped out a replacement. This has now arrived and works great! Would definitely recommend this place for their products and customer service.

Customer seevice was excellent- my order went through twice and the business responded to my quiery within half an hour, recitified the issue and refunded the amount. Delivery was quick and product what i had ordered
