The events themselves are always great. The staff you provide are also consistently of high quality.
In the case of Monaco GP Historique we felt there could have been more information provided. For example, we should have been told there would be no food available at the Stanstead private lounge going out. Most of your customers were ready to purchase a breakfast on arrival.
The overall experience, however, was superb. Great accommodation, well organised transport, good food and a great event.

the Balcony viewing on the hair pin was meant to be the iconic part of the trip along with the facilities that we had paid for as the pinnacle to our experience.
there was insufficient space to accommodate us and we felt uncomfortable being there so we left.
your representative tried to recover the situation and offered to meet up, which we declined, as we should never of been placed in that position.

Very good experience, well organised - the Hotel de Paris was fantastic one of the best I have visited - The food, staff and service at the 3 Michelin star restaurant Mirazur was fantastic well done !!

In general the trip was well organised, though we could not find any ICE events people at St Pancras on the outward journey.
The most disappointing thing was the lack of transport returning to the hotel after the rugby game. The hotel was miles away and everyone was left to fend for themselves when it would have been much better if a coach was organised for the return journey.

food and drink very good -atmosphere inside wasnt brilliant it felt maybe a bit to corporate if that is possible. we thought there might be a DJ after like in the other marquees it was maybe a little to formal. TBH since the event i have been contacted non stop by your staff to re book- and tbh i have now had to block them all . You really need to review your boiler room tactics-its not your staff fault i assume they are told to constantly contact clients to secure commsions i am talking 15 calls inside 3 days - its not good and i have booked with someone else for next year tbh.,

So we feel very “ripped off”.
The cost of this trip does not justify the quality.
Crap flight from Stansted on Bucket airline. No food or drink on plane. Ticket £100 per person max ! Most are quoting £40!!!
Bus to hotel
Hotel. Really Weird hotel. Rooms horrible. Certainly not 5*. Bar closed to be Resturant in evening so no late bar.
No transfer to match. Nothing else organised.
Seats ok but in the gods and certainly not expensive.
Chatting to others on trip they did not pay what we paid !! £3.5k per couple. So £14k for four. We could have done this for half this at most !
All four of us booked new flights home. Not using the charter flights.
Disappointed and as discussed with Amanda our agent we will not likely use you again. Especially as we invited friends who paid for themselves and we are very embarrassed about the trip quality having recommended it !

Paris trip
I was unaware of the absence of many benefits that are normally included. For example, welcome drinks, transport to and from location, pre- match meal with guest speakers. Also the hotel room was extremely shabby and poor in many ways. Finally the seats at the game were nowhere near as good as previous match’s.
I’ve given 2 stars solely because your staff were great and helpful.
I’m afraid after many years of great events I will not be using your services again.

We booked Valentines Weekend In Paris
Eurostar to Paris we were expecting first class with Champagne .
NO we had the cheapest seats you could buy at the back ofthe carriage with no window view at all.
5 Star Renaissance Arc De Triomphe Hotel short walk to Champs De Elysees was the hotel we had been told we would be staying in with a deluxe room
NO we where in the Renaissance Republic no where near any Paris attractions
NO Deluxe room when i asked about Deluxe room at reception i was told we where in the cheapest room available
MOULIN ROUGE the main highlight of the weekend
NO transport to the event everyone had to find their own transport
I have been to many corporate events but never one organised as badly as this event by IMPERIAL CORPORATE EVENTS
I have emailed my complaint twice and had no responce at all!!
