Received a damaged item that clearly wasn’t damaged by myself or transportation. Once I had asked for another one to be sent out as it was a Valentines Gift they told me no as the car itself isn’t damaged. They tried to use “transportation” as an excuse for it being damaged despite the outside cardboard box not being damaged. $60 down the drain. Do not recommend this company at all.
They are advertising a cotton crewneck but sent silky spandex material. I ordered a size up & it is still too small.
The embroidery is so large that it goes into the armpit of the crewneck.
I requested to return the item because it isn’t what I ordered but they refuse.

Absolute garbage sweater!!! Crooked ass embroidery much smarter than what they picture being sold and for 60 dollars you gotta be kidding me how do these clowns stay in business?!?!
The process of creating the item was very easy but the cost of the item vs the quality of the fabric is horrendous. 3 stars is because the embroiding is lovely and matches with picture i submitted but the a cery thing polly cotten blend and i would have expected much higher quality for a cost of £55 total cost was £70 including embroidery
Also no tracking available on the order even though i picked an insured delivery
