The loan process was long. In the end diappointed that still don't have final paperwork for sending in paents. Then wheny payment was mailed where I had been instructed to mail it, that it was not even recorded to my account. And then getting multiple daily calls about late payment. We still do not have payment info.

All of our contact in the beginning was through email which made the process simple to follow to submit documents. Once we moved forward to more critical decision points the communication was lacking and I felt uncertain on the progress to meet closing dates. As we approached deadlines there was a flurry of activity and unwarranted stress. It all worked out but it was like a roller coaster.
