Error with order, poor communication but quick refund
Poor communication about the progress of my order. No tracking information received as indicated in the confirmation email. The items didn't arrive by the specified delivery date. I contacted imoore to be told one of the items was now out of stock. They did apologise and arrange a refund quickly but I won't be using this company again.

I bought two products for my two year old granddaughter in February 2023. They were in the sale so very reasonably priced and she absolutely loves them. Ordering was straight forward and delivery was within 5 days. Will definitely be visiting their website again as my granddaughter grows.
