After finding a property in Sax, Spain, i reached out to Immo Abroad because I was seeking help with the purchase of it. I had no idea where to start and needed help. The same day after calling the founder of the company I was connected with Tiziana and things started moving straight away!. She has been an absolute superstar during this whole proces. I live abroad so time was limited. When I visited for two days to do the viewing Tiziana was there all of the time and we got so much done in just one day. She helped arranging everything from opening bank, connecting to an amazing lawyer, communication with the seller etc. When I was not there she made sure the everything continued and the process moved on. And now the contract is signed and I found my dreamhome.
Tiziana is extremely hard working, available day and night and weekends and does it all with so much dedication and passion!
The sale wont be finalized till October and I know Tiziana will be there still till the end and even after! I am very lucky to have her by my side with all the knowledge and support and the trust is invaluable for me while being away.
Overall a very happy customer and would highly recommend!!

Immoabroad in Arroyo de la Miel, Malaga, was a breath of fresh air. Especially after experiencing certain agents that seem to enjoy driving tourists around to view properties they can't afford, or want to buy once they retire, etc. Highly qualified staff and likewise potential buyers.

I recommend having a talk with Wanda or Serge if you want to buy, sell, or rent out a property.

Emma Shults and her team at Immo Abroad are the best! She helped us find a hidden gem of a house in the historic town of Oliva, Spain.
And then she took care of everything to close the whole deal while we returned to the States to wind up our affairs there.

My experience as a seller couldn't be more disappointing.
Very pushy hard sales to get me to pay the fee for the "privilege" of being published in many many websites of their partners, yet once they get the money, it is good bye. No even 1 viewing in over a year! They won't inform you of anything at all. No contact. ZERO.
I've managed to sell my property by myself without being a "specialist" and with a fraction of their resources.
Very bad experience.
My advice? Stay away from this company that promise you the world and deliver NOTHING.

What a fantastic service I received from Emma. She knew exactly what I wanted and found me three properties to view, one of which was perfect and I'm now in my new apartment. The follow up help from her has been fantastic and I couldn't have wished for or expected more.

Two months ago I found two intereresting properties through the website of Immoabroad. After contact by phone, last month I visited their Oliva office together with my family. Apart from getting lots of useful information on the town, we visited 6 properties. We are now about to make an offer on one of them and are happy to be able to count with the professional support of the Immo Abroad team.

Made a total of five attempts to list a property with this firm in Spain.
Many promises made and not one call returned, still waiting weeks later for this fabled assistant to call and take photo,s.
Certainly they do not seem to have any communication skill at all. Buyer beware.
