It was pretty easy to process. However, they took my money first and then asked for my details later... what if I didn't qualify for a visa? Anyway, this website was a lot easier to use than some ot... See more

The system does not allow umlauts, like ä, ö, etc., which means that I cannot write my address as it actually is, because in my native language, "ä" is a different letter from "a", like in Finnish, Ge... See more

this will be 1st and last time to deal…

this will be 1st and last time to deal with them. i didn't know i don't have to have K ETA for my family trip to Korea this year. I heard I needed to have visa but later I found I didn't have to.

2 things that i would share. 1st I didn't know they are 3rd party agent. and they asked me credit card detail in the middle of process not in the end. Once i found all this and i didn't finish process,
I requested money back and they obviously would not get me whole money back. It is my bad that I did not check more but I would share my mistake not to happen to you.

It’s a scam

It’s a scam. They completely fooled me. I was filling out the K-ETA visa application for my family on the official K-ETA government website but hadn’t finished it. Later, I got an email from Immiassist saying, “This is the final notice to complete the Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) for entry into Korea. A valid K-ETA is required to travel to Korea. If you’re still planning your trip, complete your application today.” Without doubt, I clicked “Continue applying for an Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA).” They claim they clearly stated, “Legal Note: immiassist.com is not affiliated with any government agency.” Yes, it was written at the bottom of the message, but how can they use K-ETA like they are?
