Don't believe the 5 star hype. When it comes to their hiring practices for instructors; they do a terrible job. How can a native English speaker /ESL teacher with years of experience and advanced degrees not even make it beyond the application process? Are you all using AI to review resumes too? After denial someone named Jose Flores sends out a canned email reply about qualifications not matching. That shows my resume wasn't reviewed properly, if at all.

ImmerseVR is a great application for getting together with others from around the world to learn a language. They currently offer English, French, and Spanish live lessons, with Portuguese coming soon! It literally feels like you're in the same room as the teacher and other students in your VR class even though everyone is spread across the world. The instructors and staff members are always very kind and welcoming, and it really feels like a positive community. I can't recommend it enough. You'll feel encouraged to speak in your target language, as you'll literally be in environments where the sentence patterns can be used, thus remembering them better. I enjoy logging onto the application in my headset every day now for a lesson, to see and chat with familiar faces (avatars of other students) from around the globe.

Don't take my word for it; jump into the 2-week trial and see for yourself! I was hooked after only a few days :)

It is an amazing app which seems strange to me that not many people have discovered it.
