All in all, it was a great experience... but the trip interruption and cancellation benefit was confusing when I went to pay. I started over the purchasing process, and it worked. I hope I don't have to use it.

I’ve had the worst experience possible
I’ve had the worst experience possible. When travelling last year in Indonesia I snapped my back at the gym. Couldn’t move for more than a month and they never paid a single thing. I had to pay for everything in advance and then present a claim to get my money back.
To my surprise more than 4 months since the incident and first visit to the hospital they rejected my claims because they said it was a “preexisting injury”. Which is completly false. I never before had a hernia and this was caused by a single accident at the gym.
Extremely difficult to talk to them through mail and extremely slow for the resolution.
I ‘d never recommend, take care and look for another company
