Their product was entireley broken for…

Their product was entireley broken for two months (and actually got worse). They told me it was being fixed and never actually fixed it. I asked for a refund, they ignored me, asked again, they ignored me, and finally, they said they were "waiting on Google" (as a technical person, this doesn't even make sense) and gave me an odd partial refund for one month and no other refund for the other. Avoid this company at all costs.
