Caroline is a great tutor and I have benefited from this course

Really good course. It is fast paced fast track course however it does not miss on the details. Combo of self study, team work, activities as well as teacher explanation. I did the evening course. Took some adjustment time wise personally but I wanted to get the most out the course. Caroline had so much knowledge and explained clearly, If anyone required further explanation she took time to explain further for all personal intake levels. I would definitely do another course in the new year.

Took the course with Caroline for the Digital Leadership and Management for 4 months. It was a great experience. She is calm well knowledgeable and never tired to answer questions. I usually wonder where she gets her calmness from. How she ensures the class is in order. I didn’t need to read too much because I do understand every bit of the discussion. I got the value for every minutes and I always look forward to the class!

Great teaching, varied activities both solo and in a group, well worth doing.

I learned a lot on the Digital Leadership Management course which will help me progress towards becoming a Project Manager. I really enjoyed having Caroline as a tutor; she is very knowledgeable and encourages open discussions where everyone can share their thoughts. The course can be time consuming if you work during the day but I would highly recommend it especially considering that it is free and you get free qualification with Prince2 Foundation exam voucher

Caroline F is an amazing teacher and defiantly knows her stuff! Lessons were well structured and Caroline explained everything fully and was patient and listened to us all through out the course.

Would defiantly recommend this course! Don't be put off by the 16 weeks the course flew by!

I completed the level 4 leadership course March 2025. The course was very rushed. There was no reference book or text that you could refer to the notes were all on Nearpod difficult to access and very basic . The training was low level and poor, did not really equip you for work. The job opportunities information regarding work after the course was generic you could do that yourself from doing a Google search. This was a very basic course and not worth the enormous amount of time commitment required to complete it. The certificate is meaningless. The only thing potentially good was you got a prince 2 voucher, which in all honesty I have not utilised at the moment. I did not learn anything.

The teaching sessions were very good, we had daily revisions sessions and the instructor was fantastic. The staff at centre were very helpful.

Good teaching and useful content, the prince 2 voucher at the end is worthwhile, the course itself is not focused on learning materials to prince 2 but on leadership knowledge. This is generally good though I would’ve liked to spend a day or two on the prince 2 materials, benefits, application. That being said, the teacher was knowledgeable and helpful.

A meaningful programme initiative to upskill or support professionally experienced people of West Midlands. I completed the (PRINCE2) Digital Leadership and Management course at a pertinent time in my career going in to unfortunate unemployment, which enabled other doors to open. The course experience was great and highly recommended, I'm very grateful. iMeta also provide after care in your career movement, if wanted.

Course opportunities like these don't come easy to everyone through regular employment. So not only has the Mayor's agenda been pivotal in funding this via WMCA but also inclusive and compassionate in ensuring people can achieve their dreams but be seen and valued too.

I would say that this opportunity had a small but essential part to play in enabling my new role as Digital Inclusion Manager. Thank you iMeta and all those involved!
