Bought a phone at imend, Drumcondra, near DCU. What could have been a difficult experience for an untechical minded person like myself was made so easy by the very helpful staff member who ensured my phone was up and running smoothly with everything working well before I left the shop.

I visited IMend Drumcondra today, the mobile phine repair service is excellent. The staff member resolvd my issue and was most helpful.

Got a Premium Screen Repair for an unbelievable cheap price. Made a booking and was very impressed with their customer service help and knowledge. Fitted in another part as well which badly needed fixing. The whole fixing process was 30 minutes!! I was very impressed with my overall experience!!! Thank you

Went in to get my phone fixed last week, great service, friendly staff

I brought my IPhone 12 to the shop since it wouldn't charge anymore. The shop gave it back to me after a day and claimed that they had to change the charging port and that it was now repaired. When I went to pick it up, the owner told me to log into my google account, then took my phone and wrote a 5 star review and posted it under my name! A couple of days later, the phone stopped charging again. I brought it to another shop that time and that shop claimed that the port was broken and definitely hadn't been changed!
