The service was excellent
The service was excellent, the only problem being the cost of one document translation, of 153 words for a French Police check I needed for the vetting for a job. Otherwise very good service

Many thanks for taking the time for sharing such kind words - as discussed, the costs in this instance attracted a minimum charge (essentially the minimum charge is there to cover the minimum cost of project manager and translator work); however, larger word counts may be able to leverage to avoid this due to economies of scale.
