I don't even know how this happens

I don't even know how this happens. The package came covered in maggots. Had to throw it away. My mailbox had to be disinfected.

I cannot apologize deeply enough for this experience. All our clothing is laundered, sanitized, and undergoes quality control checks prior to shipping. I have submitted an insurance claim on your behalf with USPS for this damage and sent you an email with the details. Please forward me any photos that you have of the maggots/damage so I may submit them with the claim.

It’s been literally 2 months

It’s been literally 2 months! Since I ordered the bag. 2 months. And it still hasn’t arrived. It’s in fricking Azerbaijan and I don’t why it’s taking so long. Not going to order again probably ever.

5 stars arent enough!

Cannot recommend imber vintage enough! Not only was my purchase exactly as described, I had an issue with my shipping and imber vintage was so communicative and responsive helping me track down my purchase. I will 100% purchase from this shop again.

Amazing fast delivery! In excellent condition

I ordered to vintage dress from them recently, and plenty of stuff of other stuff from them in the past. Everything comes in excellent condition, and the packaging is great. I even got a gift with purchase on my last order, aswell as a hand written note. Not to mention it all come super fast!
