I bought Ninja flex (TPU) from iMakr
I bought Ninja flex (TPU) from iMakr. It came before expected time, and the material fitted perfectly in the printee. Their price was better than most other vendors. The staff are so supportive and nice. I would definitely recommend them.
If there was a review option of zero…
If there was a review option of zero stars that is what they would get. They are a scamming fraudulent outfit and should ot be allowed to trade. I ordered a space saving spare wheel from them on an advertised 24 hour delivery. 5 months later I have received nothing and they do not respond to any communications, even worse they took payment from my card twice!!. Total rip off. Avoid at all costs.

I decided after reading bad reviews on…
I decided after reading bad reviews on their online ordering service to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them out and let me tell you, the bad reviews were spot on. I ordered a part at the beginning of may and never received my order and till this day, I’m waiting for my refund. They will give u the run around for weeks and it’s a different excuse every time. Stay away if you don’t want to waste your Time and money..

Ordered a 3D printer and some filament Monday, December 02, 2019. All delivered Wednesday, December 4, 2019 around noon in Denmark - super delivery.
However, it should be mentioned that there is room for improvement in mail service - they do not answer the emails you write to them with questions. No answers at all.
The WORST
Ordered a $2,500 dollar printer from them online. The site states that it is in stock and will ship within 48 hours. It has now been 12 days and they are still giving me the runaround. The site still says the printer is "in stock & will ship within 48 hours". Haven't responded to my last few emails and keep taking my info when I call and saying that whoever's is in charge of shipments will get back to me but they never do. Terrible customer service.
*update*
After holding my money for nearly a month and never me sending the printer, I was able to force a refund by filing a chargeback claim against them.
I purchased the STARTT 3D Printer…
I purchased the STARTT 3D Printer Bundle (STARTT00030) on 30 July 2018 (yes 2018) online, after it was recommended to me by a friend.
It was suggested that it would take 8-9 weeks to be shipped but despite numerous contacts and promises of sending it with extra spools, it is now 17 April 2019 (almost 9 months later) and I have not received the printer - or so much as a shipping update. They have now stopped responding to me entirely. I am spending ages on the phone to get the credit card company to refund me.
Proceed with iMakr at your own peril!
Stay away from this company no matter what
I ordered a printer and they never kept promises. Now they try to lock me in and keep me waiting forever.
I am not exaggerating. Now they refuse to cancel my order.
I wish I had read some reviews about them before ordering something. I have a case at Paypal now and I hope they won't fail after so many bad reviews.
Don't even consider sending them a wire transfer. They will play with you like a kid.
This company should be put out of business by UK authorities.
Not a great experience...
I ordered a STARTT 3D printer kit. While I understand that these kits need to be put together by hand, with custom printed parts, I also think that it's completely unacceptable to take over two months to ship. Even bigger of a problem is how they said that it would ship WITHIN 8 weeks. At least when I gave them a call, they were prompt in answering the phone and they offered to throw in two free rolls of filament with the shipment. It shouldn't have happened, but at least they acknowledged my issue, came up with a resolution, and offered compensation.
INCOMPETENT OWNER WITH NO AFTER SALE SKILLS
I visited the shop on a daily basis for a week when I finally took the plunge.
I purchased an Ultimaker 2 printer with filaments for 1800 £. Upon setting up the printer in my flat I discovered that all the metal screws assembling the machine were shortcutting a provided me with an electrical shock every time I was touching them. Returned to the shop 2 days later with the printer explaining the issue and requesting a replacement not a refund of the machine under the consumer rights act as the one I was provided was not safe to use.I was confronted in a rude and unprofessional manner by the owner who offer to service the machine.
I politely replied that my 1800 quid deserve a new fully functioning machine and to take the faulty one up to the Ultimaker company.
He bluntly refused to do so disregarding the consumer rights act.
What a disgraceful human being. The Police were called to the premises and I was told that even if he was in breach of the consumer rights act it was a civil court matter.
To cut the long story short I contacted the company producing the machine and explain the issue........RESULT .......24 I received a spanking new machine from the Netherlands directly from the company with an apology.
But that's not all. There is a silver lining in my story. Just a few months ago I was amazed to see the owner, the person I dealt with, in front of the DRAGON DEN pannel.
Amazement was soon replaced by joy when the dragon beat him to a pulp for being conniving and unprofessional and turned down his offer......oooooh that is what I called a happy ending with my experience with this individual.
You can print as much as you like of yourself but if you are not a very likeable person in the first place, personality is the place you should work on.
Now I really have to stop rewinding that moment in the Dragon Den is reaching a sadistic level but I just can't.
Where you have the chance to watch over and over a villain getting grilled before your eyes over and over again......nowhere....so be it.
I'll keep the recording just to cheer me up when I encounter again similar individual and feel dismissed the way he did.
Dreadful experience
Dreadful experience. By far and away the worst supplier we have ever dealt with in 15 years of running our design consultancy. Deserved 0 stars (not possible with Trustpilot review). In summary, this company took my money for a product, supplied it, it stopped working within 2 days, returned, supplier agreed to refund return costs when I suggested I might buy a more expensive scanner, they confirmed existing one faulty, then refused to honour a refund when I decided against buying the new scanner from them and asked for my refund. Statutory rights mean nothing to them. Made some excuse about having to return it to the US to see if it was a warranty issue!. Fortunately paid by Paypal, who refunded us promptly. IMakr have been unprofessional in the extreme and clearly believe they are above the law. Deal with them at your peril. Lowest cost is certainly not everything. Went to a leading competitor who were so helpful and professional. Purchased a new 3D scanner from them.
Worse company I've ever dealt with
Worse company I've ever dealt with, (never thought to post this here, until just now, whilst reviewing another (good) company. end of 2016, ordered printer over £1000, used Paypal (thankfully), got delivery date via Email, Rearranged things so I could be in to accept and sign for delivery, it didn't turn up, rang Imakr, the person said I wasn't down for delivery and made it sound like I was making it up that it should have been delivered, until I pointed out that I had it in writing in an E-mail.
He went away and someone else rang me back, again making it sound like it was my fault saying they don't deliver straight away if you are ordering for the first time, he then wanted to deliver it on a day when I wasn't available, so I said forget it, I'll have a refund, after 4 weeks of E-mails (all from me) they would not reply to any of them, so I got Paypal involved and Paypal got me a full refund.
Worst Company we have Dealt with in nearly 10 years of Trading
Imagine a company, with the highest level of incompetence and dishonesty, that you possible can. Now double that metal image. You are now imagining close to the reality of Imakr.
We purchased a printer, the printer is unfit for purpose, did not work as advertised, tech support cant resolve.
IMakr only offer refunds after taking a maybe-legal "restocking fee of 20%", in this case; over £1000 in "fees"
I returned the faulty printer to them and begrudgingly accepted this fee, only since I was promised a "prompt refund" by IMakr management. Over one month since the printer was returned, there was still no refund received. Multiple ignored emails, multiple ignored phone calls.
After starting the process to take IMakr to court. At last, we receive 80% of the printer value "promptly" refunded. Thousands of pounds of damage to business, over £1k wasted on consumables, nearly 100 hours wasted on this fiasco.
My review: Avoid at all costs.
