Pathetic response had been calling them multiple times to provide the tour details for which we have planned.No updates till date , so irresponsible.

They canceled the trip but called it postponed for a year and would not refund us they were belligerent over the phone if they had called it canceled they would have had to refund - we’re older and don’t know what another year would bring

We enjoyed our tour of the "Heart of Europe" very much. We saw a lot of interesting countryside and highlights of cities. Our guide and coach driver were the best! We are so glad we took this tour when we did while we could still walk quite a lot.
I would advise keeping a journal as we saw a lot and had a lot of experiences which you tend to forget after a time.

The tour guides are informative and helpful. The accommodation are very good. The motorcoach is very comfortable and we like being able to see the countryside as we travel. Also the additional tours are reasonably priced. This was our second time using Image Tours and are planning on using them again.

It had always been a dream to visit Europe and Image Tours made that possible by providing an affordable tour package to do just that. The Circle of Europe Tour provided the opportunity to see seven countries in fifteen days. Perfect for an overview of Europe. Petra, our tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took good care of us. I would highly recommend Image Tours

Image tours is fantastic! I’ve traveled twice with them and hope to travel again when Covid is under control.

We've been on four trips to Europe with Image Tours and each one was fantastic. We got to see the best sights and stay in the best hotels and eat the best meals and ride in the best new buses and everything was included. Image Tours have the logistic worked out to perfection. The only complaint would be we were so exhausted from having such a good time we needed a break when we got home. I just can't imagine a better tour company in the world.

Last June my best friend Deb & I went on the heart of Europe circle tour from 12-26.Deb had lost her husband a couple years before a gentleman and his granddaughter were also on the tour he had also lost his wife to make a long story short they fell in love and got married last Sat Aug 8 he lived in N Carolina & she lived in Minn. Tell Ed the bus driver and Ger the tour mgr there names are Deb Norris & Shuford Wise. Its almost like a Hallmark Movie a true love story.

Heart of Europe circle tour ( sept. 16-30)

I agree 100% with what Karen Barker said.... We had planned for the Spain/Portugal trip this October and, of course, are not comfortable with making the trip amid COVID 19. Their position is that they are not canceling the trip, it will go (with anyone who is reckless enough with their health that they would travel to a foreign country in another few months). But even though we purchased travel insurance, Image will not refund our deposit. We are forced at this time to make a decision about rescheduling the trip next October instead. Of course, we could elect at this time to cancel altogether and lose what we have already paid, probably the most profitable for Image!!
In the past I have recommended Image trips to friends. Now I will go back to them and let them know that I was wrong...this is not a company that you want to do business with. In a troubling situation, they will take the path that is most beneficial to their pocket.
I don't want my already paid money to be moved to a trip for next year. Next year might not be any better than now. What I would like is a cash refund right now and then next year I can decide if I want to make trip.

It was great starting with Amy. She is the best! Very helpful and so good to work with! The tour itself with Angel was fantastic. We were very well taken care of! I would definitely your with Image again!

I have had an unfair advantage as I represented your company through our company for many years. Sold your tours to many, many happy travelers or I wouldn’t have continued. I also had the privilege to travel with my group for one tour and go as an authentic traveler on another. You are detailed, concise and very straightforward. Loved everything about Image tours. I am a happy camper!

Very professional Hope to use them some day soon

IN 2015 WE did the 22 day grand tour, great trip no problems. 2018 we did the Portugal Spain tour with Image, no problem. The tour guides were great as were the drivers. In 2020 we booked the British Isle trip we were alerted that there would be a 200 per person to get checked for the virus, plus you need to quarantine for 2 weeks [this last item may have come up after we were done with Image tours] We were given the option of going in 2021. We don't know what the future holds so now is not the time to be booking over a year out. So Image tours pocked our $988 down payment And to think I was always concerned about pick pockets in Europe. Image tours, never again

If it would let me give a negative 100 I would. This company is being a BULLY regarding an upcoming Europe trip and COVID-19. They are giving my husband and myself ONE option regarding choices with our deposit / trip insurance. This is something we have never seen before and to think anyone should be FORCED to either lose their money or go on a trip they do NOT feel comfortable going on within the next year or two is absolutely crazy ! I had to cancel a cruise in March including air and a weekend getaway in April including air with NO HASSLE GETTING A FULL REFUND. Image Tours will NEVER GET ANOTHER PENNY FROM ME and I will tell everyone we travel with and come across while traveling exactly what kind of company they are......a true bully in every sense of the word.....They have my money and they refuse to give it back.....not a company I will deal with again.
In response to their response.......exactly what I stated originally......every other trip company I have dealt with have been above board, understanding of the situation, and refunded 100% of my money. Imagine Tours in their response states that refunding my money regardless of situation is not an option. Their solution is kicking the can down the road and keeping my money.

A most enjoyable experience! The bus was comfortable, the food delicious and the people I meet on the tour were delightful. We talked and laughed a lot. Would take another tour in a heartbeat!!!

Everything on the tour was well-planned with the traveler in mind regarding length of days/hotel stays and tours, accommodations, tour manager (very well-versed in the each country's history, culture, art), and food. It was a memorable trip that will be once-in-a-lifetime highlight! The bonus was that the other travelers on the trip were so friendly and cooperative. Some of us are still in touch with each other.

I've booked all my three Europe travels through Image Tours. I will soon be doing my 4th in the summer of 2020 with them as well. I don't have any problem giving them 5 bright stars.

Saw lots of places, hotels were very good and included meals good.
Guide was excellent. Guide was attentive to everyone's needs.
Would travel with them again.
