I have used IMAFS twice for my initial mortgage and a remortgage 5 years later. Both times have done this with graham. I have a lot of trust in IMAFS and their customer service is superb. I have recommended to friends and will continue to do so.

Excellent service from this company. As a First time buyer, there are lots of unknowns around Mortgate deals, Rorie has done an amazing job to get us a deal we needed and made all efforts to ensured deal was successful.

Extremely supportive and great communication from the start of the transaction to the end. He will set up all insurances for you and will let you know the best way to be cost effective. If you are a first time buyer rest assured the process of your transaction will run as smooth as possible. Rorie was able to find me the best mortgage rates available for my apartment.

Rorie was a great help during the past many months to get me a mortgage offer. I had some hiccups with the property but Rorie showed flexibility and kept revising the offers for me. It would have been a haassle if I would have done this myself.
