I think they are one of the top all in one supplements, I started with the daily and felt good and then added the longevity.

I like the product itself, but even more, I felt like when I needed assistance, the customer service was always invested in helping me out.

Returning and refunding a package was no problem and when I lost my IM8 bottle, I asked if I could purchase a other one and found it sent in the next delivery free of charge.

I think the things that make me trust the brand is that they provide the help even if they don't need to, which seems to be becoming more and more uncommon these days.

Bad Flavor with BAD POLICIES
I really tried to like this product but unfortunately find all the flavors gross. They all have a horrible fake sugar after taste. They made me sign up for auto ship. I tried to return an autoship that is completely un opened and this was their response:

Yet again, this horrific company has demonstrated how out of touch they are and how their customer service is in the toilet. After much consternation, I decided to try their subscription again, much to my chagrin. But, they gave me NO opportunity for a start date and immediately charged my credit card for 273 euros. I told them NOT to initiate this order until 12 weeks from now, but the braintrusts that seem to work there can't take instruction easily. I demanded they refund the 273 euros, and I am being given the run around. They are a terrible company, with terrible customer service where all they ever do is apologize for their misdeeds rather than doing the right thing. I am now out 273 euros, and I will take them to small claims court should they not refund my money now.

This product is life saver. I was. Constantly bloated, tired and gaining weight despite a healthy diet. I had menopause belly. I’ve been on IM8, for two months. I’ve lost my menopause belly, have great energy, no more bloating and I’ve lost 6 lbs! Love this! Highly recommend it!

Be very careful. They have hidden a recurring order in the small print. When I found out, I blocked the vendor, and they still used an alternative bank account to take the 273 euros from my account. I have processed a complaint with Revolut. These are very shady operating procedures. I would not recommend this company.

The shipping was quick, and the included gifts were nice at this price point. Customer service was also quick and friendly. The product itself tastes alright but that’s to be expected with a health drink. Note that it does not dissolve fully so it remains quite chalky. Overall, I’ve found it to have done mostly what is advertised.

Besides being a great product, their customer service is top notch. Very quick to respond and went out of their way to help me.

I am liking it so far. My stomach isn't as bloated as it used to be. I had an issue with one of the many packets in an order and they sent me 7 packets.
