Ordered 2 lights on a Black Friday deal. Turned out neither was available. i guess mistakes happen but the worst thing was the lack of apology and customer service have just refused to engage in any sort of solution. This company had good reviews but would sugest caution.
As I live in the Netherlands and not in Spain I first had to make contact with Ilutop to find conditions for shipment. This went very well and quickly I could place the order and make the payment easily. The shipment went very fast and the ventilator mini Lantau arrived within a few days. It is beautifull and well built. By now, it is installed in my bedroom and is very stylish and comfortable. I can recommend it. And also the company Ilutop, for good service.
