non-existent support nor communication culture
What can I say, partly my mistake as I ordered a tie in the wrong color, when receiving and noticing I immediately asked them whether they could accept a change to the right color. A week later I got a reply agreeing to change but that was it. No further reply on any of my emails e.g. on how to (no return label was included in shipment) handle the exchange, never another mail or reply on my reminders even after weeks.
Luckily I only ordered an unwearable (for me) tie so the loss is manageable but still. For a platform/seller of more or less luxury goods I expect much more but getting zero support. First and last purchase, by now means to be recommended.
