I fell in LOVE with kickboxing from the first jab cross punches! Super fun and a great workout. Felt as rush of adrenaline and the stress exiting my body.

the classes were fine, i signed up for 6 week and paid in full, unaware that my recent dx of having MS was going to complicate me doing the class. My dr said NO and when i tried to get my money backi was told each is ind. owned, I have no idea who the owners are at the Moore Oklahoma location and HQ is horrible. I would never had stepped foot in the place if i knew this was going to happen. I will tell everyone i know about this and believe me, I grew up in this town and I know a lot of people. they will all know your greed. Thank you

Scam! Thieves! Don't care about their clients! Avoids hundreds of calls and emails! No response! Leaves you hanging! The manager David has completely ghosted me! He has wasted so much of my time trying to get a hold of him and writing emails, now he's going to waste more of my time to take ILK to small claims court. He recorded our phone call, as did I, and I have provided all the documentation & medical notes needed to break my 1 year contract that I paid for upfront without hesitation. I went to maybe 5 classes when suddenly I needed an emergency surgery and could no longer punch for 6-12 months. Every punch was slowly damaging me, and I didn't know it til I blacked out and cracked my face open. They will screw you over! Highly recommend finding a company that keeps their word and honors their contracts. Horrible communication. Horrible management. AVOID ILK!!!

Welcoming place for novices and experienced alike! Great workout! Numerous classes to fit into your schedule.

Class experience and staff is great, but the customer service is horrible. As long as you don’t have questions about anything or need to cancel you’re good. They gave me the run around for two billing cycles when I tried to cancel. It was insane. I eventually had to cancel the card.

I signed up having been told that I would get a diet plan, 3 sessions of kick boxing a week, and accountability texts throughout the program. I did get my sessions, and they were fun. But the diet plan was so simple I could have come up with it myself, and my main issue was there was zero accountability. Not only did I never get a text from my trainer (until the last two weeks when I got a new trainer for an unexplained reason), but it took forever and many tries to get a response back from her. Classes were fun and people were nice at all. But it is nowhere near worth $700 (also there’s nothing for free even after your first 6 weeks). Waisted a ton of money on this.

Recently joined iLoveKickboxing- Whitehall, PA! It's a great place to workout! All the instructors are really nice and helpful! The classes are intense but also a lot of fun! I like how welcoming the classes are especially being new.

I used to enjoy going to the classes; however, recently the way I've been treated has really put me off. I was accosted by a disrespectful employee at their Burnaby location, and the headquarters said they won't do anything because each location is privately owned. I definitely won't be going back!

The environment is amazing, the staff is so nice, and the workout are fun but a solid workout. 10/10 recommend

My experience with ILKB has been great. I was very hesitant to start the program. I started with their 6 week challenge. After the first week, my body was very mad but I came back. I have to say it was such a great decision to step out of my comfort zone and make this commitment. I lost 11lbs during the 6 week challenge and signed up for a membership because I enjoy it so much. The ILKB community has been great.

If you need a motivational and fun gym, then you should check ILKB out!

Ilovekickboxing is not only a really great workout but it’s an amazing community of uplifting people. I have made some great friendships and have pushed me to be the best version of myself I can be.

I signed up on a Facebook ad and I don’t regret anything. I had no idea what I was getting myself into and I absolutely love it and look forward to it every day.

From the fantastic instructors to the welcoming members, this community is committed to leaving it all on the mat. If you're looking for a full-body workout like never before, ILKB is the place to be. The instructors and even some veteran members will demonstrate the moves to newbies. These folks are coaches who care about you, your goals, and your growth. Start with the 6-week challenge; I promise you won't regret it!

I love this place. The Glen Allen VA location has the most kind and supportive staff and they bring the energy you need to feel confident and good in a workout. I started with the 6 week challenge, but I now will forever be a member!!

I joined ILKB on a whim and it has been great. I used to dread going to the gym 1x a week but now I try to get a workout in 2-3 times! The coaches are patient, friendly and encouraging! They push you when you don't want to work. The facility is clean and in a great location. I recommend if you want to try a fun workout and see results.

I had been an ILKB Chelsea member since before 2019. During the pandemic, the gym shut down, and it hasn't reopened since. I still had dozens of classes on my account, and have been trying to get in touch about my refund options ever since. No numbers are in service, and the only email address for corporate that I have found gives a canned response: "Each ILOVEKICKBOXING location is individually owned and operated. ILOVEKICKBOXING Headquarters does not have access to or handle memberships or billing for any studio." Looks like they are intending to just keep my money!

Did my first class with the ILLB Coquitlam and man I tell you it was amazing, felt the pain as it’s been long since I worked out but Tatiana one of the trainers there was so helpful and explained everything so well.

I joined a year ago and the staff is very friendly and motivating. Everyday is different and a challenge. You will have fun while reaching your goal!!

Day one was a horrible experience and the phone calls prior were worse. You can’t hear the caller and you end up with a headache by the end of the conversation.

Prior to the first booked class and receiving confirmation of a 5:15 class by email, we arrive 30 minutes prior as requested only to be told we cannot wait and had to return at 5:15 because class does not start until 5:45. No one EVER made mention of a 5:45 class.

We return at 5:20 for the now 5:45 class to be told we need to reschedule. Of course we resist because now the miscommunication on the part of ILKB is not even being acknowledged even after showing the email we received confirmed a 5:15 class

Luke was apologetic but this little girl Gabbi was very obnoxious, extremely rude, unprofessional and continued to insert her unsolicited feedback even when asking her to not speak to me. She even said she will call the cops but unbeknownst to her, I am the cops. I told her to go ahead as she continued to try kicking us out. She surely cannot be what you want to represent your entity as. Her behavior was extremely inappropriate as she offered no accommodation to what occurred.

We received calls from Cece and the manager Kristine to make scheduling arrangements and are extremely displeased with the entire process as well as the way your miscommunication was handled.

We will be requesting refunds and writing a more formal notice to your headquarters.

I would advise the local community to not partake in supporting this facility.
