I got item as a gift it worked for two…

I got item as a gift it worked for two maybe 3 weeks tryed to reach out to support@illumiseen and because it was a gift they refused to stand behind there faulty product i truly just wanted it fixed was all very short responses and no compassion for the consumer I do not recommend anyone purchasing this leash due too the fact they will not stand behind there product almost like you get what you get . Seems like everything anymore is cheap made and no one stands behind there products kind of disgusted.

Bought a collar a while ago

Bought a collar a while ago. Had problems with it. Emailed them, they promised me they will send me a new collar because apparently the one i received was defective and never heard from them anymore. Got in touch again and been completely ignored
