Illuminati Surveyors Reviews

I have recently had a Level 2 survey done on a property I am purchasing. Communication with Simon was great and he kept me informed throughout. The report was thorough, well laid out and detailed, but clear to understand.
I have used surveyors before, but I find Simon to be on a different level and would award more than 5 stars if I could.
I would always use Illuminati in the future!

Simon conducted a level 2 survey on a bungalow I was purchasing. The survey was carried out promptly and I received the report soon after with lots of detail and pictures. Simon then followed this up with a telephone call to go through all my questions I had and explained in detail . Highly recommend Simon

Simon conducted a level 2 survey on the property we were looking to buy.
This was carried out promptly and we were kept informed through the process.
His report was extremely detailed, including photos, where necessary, to help explain his findings.
Followed up by a 'post survey' telephone discusdion, to go over points raised and answer any questions.
Very knowledgeable in this area.
I would highly recommend his services.

I cannot thank Simon enough for the survey he undertook, without this I would have purchased a house that could have cost me £1000s. He picked up on some very costly defects which I could not have spotted myself! Very reasonably priced, professional & knowledgeable with a detailed report including photographs, needless to say I will be using his services for my next purchase…..thank you again Simon.

We recently used Simon for a survey on a house purchase, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He was thorough, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Simon picked up on several issues that we would never have spotted ourselves and clearly explained what they meant in practical terms and followed this up with a post survey phone call. Thanks to his detailed report and advice, we avoided potentially costly mistakes and went into the purchase fully informed.
It’s rare to find someone so approachable and honest in this field. Simone genuinely had our best interests at heart. If you’re considering buying a property having Simon on your side could save you a lot of money and stress.

Simon was really quick at booking and completing our survey. The report we received was extremely detailed as well. He even offered us a post survey phone call to answer any of our questions. Would recommend to anyone. Brilliant service.

Simon did a excellent job of a house survey and identify any problems so that we could make an informed decision before we purchased the property.
He also kept us to to date with a telephone call to discuss if we had any issues or could not understand anything. Simon was very professional throughout.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Simon booked me in quickly, kept me well informed about the report time line and put my mind at rest about many things. The post survey chat was invaluable and really helped my understanding as a first time buyer. He was also cheaper than the nationwide companies I was looking at, and being local was an added bonus as he was able to fit me in quickly. Very professional. Highly recommend.

I cant thank Simon enough for the surveys he completed for me and my family. He found major problems with my first house i found and stopped us from making a huge mistake as first time buyers and i cant thank him enough. We have now found a much better home and Simons survey was absolutely spot on. Thankyou so very much. Lucy

Absolutely great service from Simon. We got a level 2 survey on our 3 bed semi which we have now bought. Simon was extremely helpful and friendly, walking us through the process as we had no idea. The report we had back was an extremely in depth survey of the property and we are more than happy with the services provided. Simon offers a great price for all levels of surveys, much less then what we were being quoted by bigger companies. It really was a great service and we cannot fault. Would highly recommend. Thanks Simon 👍🏻
