Leider keine gute Erfahrung

Leider keine gute Erfahrung. Nach der Anprobe wurde der Artikel an die vom Händler angegebene Adresse retourniert. Das geschah bereits am 5. November 2025. Weder wurde bis heute das Geld rückerstattet noch wurden meine E-Mails an den Kundenservice mit der Frage nach Rückerstattung beantwortet. Ich war daher gezwungen, eine Beschwerde bei der Europäischen Verbraucherzentrale einzureichen. Einkaufen werde ich hier nie wieder. Absolut inakzeptabler Service.

Måske et fup firma

Jeg har fået ordrebekræftelse, men ikke modtaget min pakke efter 14 dage, har skrevet mails hver dag og får ikke svar og tlf. bliver ikke taget, jeg har ringet mange gange! Er i tvivl om firmaet overhovedet eksisterer!!
