Very friendly and helpfull but they couldn't solve the problem due to a "case exceptional" (weird). But will visit them back in the future.

A huge difference between "Offerte (200 euro)" and "final bill" 600 euro), without asking for consent.

The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable, and they were trying actually to help me and fix my Mcbook
In the end, it happend to be irrepairable but still, the staff left positive imprssion on me.. It’s always good when you see people try to be helpful indeed

Upon coming home i noticed that my screen was damaged. after contact with the shop they immediately scheduled a moment to repair the screen. Excellent service

The repair of my iPhone was done to the my great satisfaction and to the highest security standards.
Even with a super-busy shop that Saturday morning, my repair-by-appointment was done on time and in time.
For security purposes, I was not able to share my password, but the technician accommodated for that and we did the after-repair check at the counter.

Honest iPhone repair service! The phone didn't charge well and before starting the repair they cleaned the power supply which solved the issue. On top of that nothing was charged for this.

Charging problem of my iphone: I could not charge my iphone anymore and thought that the port had to be replaced. The service technician removed some dirt in the charging port however (which I also tried but it did not work) and did not charge me anything. A very good service indeed !

I need to give you a low rating because your left hand (your website) doesn't seem to know what your right hand (your actual service offering) is doing:
I checked your website to see you ARE offering to replace Ist gen iPad Pro batteries. I took it to your collection centre and three days later then sent me an email to say the batteries cannot be sourced any more and therefore iLabo will not be able to effect the battery replacement. What a waste of time. You should update the website to reflect the correct status of what you will and what you won't. You are after all an IT company.

Very bad communication by the partner. For my first appointment I received a closed door, without any additional information. For the second appointment, I received a phone call, 1 hour upfront to inform I could no longer have my cell phone fixed with them.

The given service and advice was great!
