I bought the concealed hood. Suction is great but since all the buttons are underneath and hard to see remote operation is critical. Gesture control is a complete boondoggle. Waving both arms frantically is the only way to get any reaction and even then there’s no telling what will come on. They seem to know it doesn’t work because they also offer a handheld remote. You would think that since almost every product in the planet uses remote controls this would not be a struggle for them. But alas even that is questionable. It has to be close, like 1 foot away, and it has to be aimed directly at the hood. So turning this thing on just makes me mad everytime I use the hood. Unlike most reviewers I will say the suction is very good, but also very loud. In conclusion, frustrating loud cheap crap. You get what you pay for.

I sent 2 emails to the contact info on their website but no response. I was interested in their range hood. How can I be motivated to purchase when they don't even answer their emails. Also, there is no other means of contacting them.

UPDATE: I received a response via Trustpilot. However I received no response from my emails, "contact form", they still do not answer their phone. I believe the response via Trustpilot was a computer generated generic response.
A real person would have asked for my contact info since I was having difficulty getting in contact with them. Buyer beware. 0 stars.
IKTCH does not answer their phone. They do not respond to emails. Chat does not work. Purchased an IKTCH hood thru Home Depot. Home Depot customer service said that IKTCH is a seller on their website but HD does not provide support even tho IKTCH provides an email address for their HD rep, who also failed to respond to my email. I do not recommend as there is no way to contact IKTCH. Buyer beware.

Purchased from HD, but most big boxes sell this company. Quality is good, the packing is great. The mfg customer service was very good. I wish they had easier to digest user info and videos. Price and quality is very good for a fraction of what others charge. I can't see where to put pics.i got the 36 inch IKB01_36 .
