I love to take a look at those small rooms
Actually I love going through the store and see those little cozy rooms. Then buying a lot of small stuff useful for home. Putting pieces of furniture together is like playing with lego again (although you cannot make mistake here). Sometimes just a little bit claustrophobic with all those people inside.

Impossible to speak with operators
The telephone line is almost always off or not reachable and when it is its full of bugs like it doesn't change language
If you manage to connect you wait for 20 minutes and then you get hung up on
The email for contact is a singular one so you never speak with the same person and everyone says different things, same for when they call you.
They send you emails to make payments on Sunday when you are out and it expires the same non working day and then on working days they do not reply.
So unsatisfying to work with ikea

Flawless Experience
I normally go to the store (Černý most or Zličín) for some window-shopping and then purchase the items I liked online. Prompt delivery (1-3 days), issue-free returns. The quality of some items could be better, but it doesn't hurt to go and check it before making up your mind. If it's not an option, you can always rely on the reviews.
