It was a good experience to have my visa process done through Ikan.

I had a very smooth and pleasant experience with my Japan visa application process. The coordination was excellent throughout. Sonali reached out promptly ahead of the schedule and ensured timely reminders, which made the process stress-free. All my calls and queries were handled efficiently and without delay. John from the mobility team was punctual and stayed throughout until the process was fully completed. Overall, a very professional and well-managed experience.

IKAN made my relocation to Bangalore much smoother. The staff and relocation partner were courteous, efficient, and highly communicative throughout the process. They provided a solid foundation for home hunting and school searches, and their move-in documentation was largely thorough.
However, there are a few things to note: the home search focused exclusively on broker properties, which would have been helpful to know upfront.
Verdict: A professional and reliable service for the "big picture" of a move, provided you're willing to handle some of the finer local utility details yourself.

I had a really great experience with IKAN Relocation. As I recently relocated to Bangalore through my office I wasn’t familiar with the city or nearby areas. The team arranged a city tour for me which was extremely helpful.
They started right on time at 11 AM and provided a very well-planned experience. The team was professional, friendly.
They showed me some of the main areas in Bangalore, including parks, Indiranagar, central locations, and other important spots around the city.
What I appreciated the most was how they explained each area, suggested good places, and helped me understand which locations are best for exploring. It made me feel much more comfortable and confident about settling in Bangalore.

Despite repeated follow-ups, promised outcomes were delayed and ultimately not executed.
I was relying on professional management and guidance as represented but I did not receive the expected outcome and there was no meaningful effort to resolve the matter afterward.
Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering working with this company, I do not recommend them.
