I recently had a Victron Energy solar system installed from the team and I couldn't be more impressed with both the product and the service. From the first call, Tom and the team at IJOPower was responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They guided me through the entire process, from choosing the right system for my needs to answering technical questions about the design

The Victron Energy solar system itself has been outstanding. It's been running flawlessly, providing consistent power and giving me peace of mind that I'm prepared for any energy needs. The system is easy to monitor and manage through the Victron app, and I can already see significant savings on my energy bills.

I highly recommend iJo Power for anyone looking to invest in a high-quality solar system, especially from reputable brands like Victron Energy. The customer service was exceptional, and the product exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be coming back for future energy solutions

I know people have left very positive feedback but I have to say, and I rarely leave reviews, that my experience with this company was extremely poor. They supplied goods that turned out to be faulty and despite being reletively polite about it tried everything humanly possible to avoid replacing or refunding. They seemed to have little concept of consumer law and the client/supplyer relationship and palmed me off to the manufacturer of the goods to resolve the matter myself. After me sending extensive test reports and videos and a string of around 60 emails to sort this out they eventually refunded me, but only after the threat of court action as a last ditch effort - and then by only paying into my bank with no reply to my final plea, no covering email or courtesy note. No apology for my trouble of over a year, no explaination of their actions. They even used the threat at one point that Ijopower was about to cease trading to try and put me off even though my invoice for the goods was from Green Power Solutions Ltd - the parent company. It's easy for a company to appear great when things go right and have fancy marketing slogans about making a difference and customer care, but it is when things go wrong you find out what they are really like it seems. My take away is - Don't judge a book by its cover!

We are thrilled with our solar and battery set up. From the first point of enquiry, Steve Sparkes was incredibly helpful, providing us with a breakdown of initial costs for the set up, against a projection of when it will have paid for itself, which was definitely worth going for in our opinion. Once installed, Steve talked us through all the features on the GivEnergy app, and how to monitor and control the system in even greater depth via the desktop settings. It is fascinating to see what’s coming in from solar, how full the battery is, and what our output is. We’re very pleased we have it ready for the start of a sunny September,

iJo Power have very deep expertise and competence in helping customers bring on-line micro-generation/battery solutions.

We had an existing PV array and are heavy domestic users of electricity (1,500 kWh / month). We were unhappy with the very limited value we got from the panel. Andrew Shaw helped us understand the options, and then design our solution that included a new PV DC Array, 31.5kWh of batteries and associated systems.

Our electricity bill dropped from over £450/month to less than £75/month now.

iJo Power really understand this market, and look to offer the right solution for you, once they thoroughly understand what you are trying to achieve. Their aftersales service is excellent too.

these guys have been great, I didn't really know what I needed and Andrew and Sam took me through everything and provided me with a drawing of how it'd all fit together and then provided everything I needed at a fantastic price and their installation was swift and tidy.

Working with Sam at iJo Power has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Great communication and friendly service. Could not recommend better people to deal with.
