Very fragile equipment. Look for better brands.
My screen lasted 2 month...

Very good website and the product arrived in good condition,and the delivery was excellent received it next day very pleased.

Hate the design of my monitor base so much that I had to cover it with tape so things don't slide off it and break! Don't make bases sloped the wrong way! Don't waste table space. Think about your customer!

ProLite XB3270QS replacement monitor also defect.

My ProLite XB3270QS monitor was defective within the guaranty. The replacement was quick and good. However, the replaced monitor got a defect within 3 weeks. This time it's a different defect. The first defect was ghost images. Now the backlight is very weak. Memory recall doesn't make a difference. Sometimes after half an hour, the backlight gets fine again. It's however very unpredictable. My 2nd other iiyama monitor ProLite XUB3493WQSU is just working fine for over 2 years.

We purchased a large Iiyama display, but when we tried to use it, we noticed a distortion to the picture. We contacted Iiyama via the retailer to request repair under warranty and this was refused on the basis that the fault must have been caused by "mechanical damage" during transit.

This determination was not made from a physical inspection, but from a photograph. A photograph that showed no signs of physical damage to the monitor or the box.

Very quick to deny responsibility and wash their hands of any problems.

Absolutely horrible experience.
I've sent the monitor for warranty service due to large amount of dead pixels.
Within one day the RMA status was updated to repair and packing statuses, but there was no update for next 14 days.
Only after I contacted the customer service I've got information that they will not repair the monitor because they have no screens in the warehouse and thaty they will keep the monitor and that I should contact 3rd party seller for the refund.

really bad, the menu, horrible, impossible to figure out how to change the brightness...hate it

I purchased the G-Master GE2788HS model (AMD Freesync). I have to say that the picture quality is absolutely brilliant, the colors are so nice and sharp, the text is easy to read. It comes with 3 different monitor connections including a speaker and microphone socket. I cannot fault it in any way. It's one of the best purchases I have ever made and would highly recommend this brand for monitors. An excellent brand for computer monitors no doubt.

Iiyama monitors make awesome world class monitors which are reasonably priced and they provide top notch customer service. I have been using Iiyama monitors since the early nineties and all three monitors are still working perfectly. Just upgraded to a 32".

In my opinion this is one of the BEST choices to buy a screen. Ultiamte flawless quality, never letting down, working till death do us a part :P Allso very good price and allways great specifications.
Thank You for doing quality products which still works great after warranty ends.
