Stay away from this store!

Stay away from this store. We got 2 items from this shop and one of them broke with running the first software update. There is no way to get the images restored and it is rendered useless.

We tried months to get support. After a few months, we finally got some support guy sending us links to their out-of-date not publicly available WIKI and after it still did not work they kept ignoring the support request.

Return requests are also ignored. Absolute shocker.

Worst support for ages (and that is saying something after 30 years in IT)!
