I unfortunately was a numpty and missed out on a discount by the matter of a couple hours, so I emailed to ask why it wouldn't work.
Instead of saying "sorry, you just missed it", they assisted me beautifully and allowed me to get the discount!
Thrilled with the product and couldn't fault their customer service!

Sometimes it's kinda hard to find goth clothing that's both comfortable, and doesn't look tacky. But the joggers I got from here are SUPER comfortable, really beautifully hand dyed, and really stylish. They look great with so much of my wardrobe, and I've gotten loads of compliments on them. Definitely worth the price and I will be getting more pairs

So I ordered a red tie-dye T-shirt and a red tie-dye hoody. Can I just say that the pictures on the website don’t do the clothes justice because they are bright, vivid and amazing. I was a little confused on shipping times so I sent a message asking and the owner cleared everything up politely! 10/10 customer service and 10/10 clothing quality! I will be back for matching red joggers.

Firstly the ordered item did not arrive, even after a month of waiting. After filing a problem in PayPal, the order finally was delivered after an unfriendly und unmotivated contact with their support. Questions that I had concerning the delivery were ignored, I even was lectured on how to close a problem report in PayPal. Bad customer service. 3 stars for the quality of the ordered item.

An additional remark, since I cannot reply to a made reply here. I was repeatedly asked to close the case in PayPal even though I told them I would do it soon. That was simply annoying. Also that they kept ignoring me was not addressed in the reply. So draw you own conclusions about it, when reading this review. Still a bad customer service.

I ordered two tie dye Monster t-shirts and a Monster hat. I had to wait a couple of weeks fir the items as they are made to order and I totally understand that and upon arrival I saw how good the quality of the items were but sadly one of the t-shirt had a totally different fit to the other so after contacting them and explaining my issues they offered either a part refund if it was wearable or a replacement so I choose the replacement and I couldn't be happier as when it came it was perfect!! Great prices, great quality products and great customer service!!

I placed an order on the 27th Aug, it's now October the 10th and still no order received. I was I informed it would be shipped two weeks ago but no confirmation or update. Very disappointing, I even explained it was required for a festival date which unfortunately now has come round and I don't have the Tshirt. It wasn't even a large order, one single t-shirt.

Waiting to here back from Joshua but from what I have read online I don't hold much breath. Should have used PayPal and then I could open a dispute.

Had to cancle an order, got back with asap and helped me almost instantly!

Really happy with my purchase, it’s really well made and looks exactly as described. It did take a few takes to arrive, but they emailed as soon as I had made my purchase to gives me a heads up about it, so can’t complain. Will definitely shop here again!:)

SECOND UPDATE:

I recently placed a second order (despite my previous sketchy experience) due to the great quality of the item when it eventually arrived.

Despite a slight hiccup (which was dealt with promptly), I received my order and again it was a good quality product with an eye-catching design.

I’ve now come to accept that the service from IIMVCLOTHING is idiosyncratic to say the least but the products are well worth waiting for and I will definitely order again. I recommend their products; just be aware that you’re not dealing with a corporate and can expect to wait a bit longer for delivery.

I saw this business advertised online and really liked the designs. I placed an initial order for a t-shirt as a test purchase with a view to buying more if the quality/service were up to scratch. I’m sure it will come as a surprise to no-one that I won’t be ordering again.

Well over a month since placing the order, I still haven’t received either my order or a refund despite multiple emails to the business owner. The company clearly states it’s made up of just two people and yet each response is worded as though there are several departments to be consulted about the location of said order. If you’re one of two people and you’re ‘not sure’ if the item has been dispatched, maybe just ask the other person?

On the occasions when I actually receive a response, the wording is inexplicably vague as Joshua commits to ‘looking into getting this issue resolved’ having failed to meet to meet two previously promised delivery dates.

It’s not a huge order and not a large amount of money but it’s the principle. It’s extremely frustrating having made a purchase in good faith. If I didn’t know better, I’d start to think this is a drop ship outfit.

I hate to be so damning about an independent business but I’m clearly not alone, judging by the reviews here.

I just wanted the t-shirt.

Brilliant quality clothing, good communication, fast delivery, highly recommend!

My order took a little over the 2-4 weeks of the estimated time to make. But this was quickly resolved when I messaged Josh asking for an update, he responded and it was then shipped and arrived in under 4 days.
I definitely recommend this company, with the open mind that it is a small business and made to order, so it will take longer than usual. But definitely worth it.

Ordered a T-Shirt in April, it's now the end of June and it's still not arrived. Joshua at iimvclothing is unresponsive and unhelpful in e-mails. I was told on the 19th of June that "All is now corrected and your order should be with you either now or just after the weekend" however it has still not arrived. Happy to share the e-mail chain with anyone who would like further info, I'd avoid ordering from this company.
