    Exceptional and affordable service

    Exceptional and affordable service! I was a bit wary of trying the service because it sounded too good to be true but I was pleasantly surprised when the driver promptly picked up my laundry within the window provided (even though it was raining and stormy outside) and within 48 hours returned the laundry first thing in the morning. I am very impressed and will definitely use this company again! What a godsend!

    Everything about I hate ironing is so great!

    Everything about I hate ironing is so easy! The app is great, saves me a lot of hassle taking my laundry somewhere because they collect it from my doorstep. Communication is also fab! Would 100% recommend using them!

    perfect service

    perfect service, polite staff. Have been using this company for a few months. I am very particular about my clothes and i love the fact that they listened to my instructions and obeyed them to the letter. I can not fault that and would recommend without hesitation

    The app is very clear & explcit

    The app is very clear & explcit. As soon as I inform you that I want a collection I get an immediate response & it is often collected the same day. Your delivery driver is extremely polite & on time. He also informs me if he is going to be late. I recently neede a pair of trousers altered. Anywhere else I would have had to wait a week or more. You did it in two days

    If I could have zero stars I would

    If I could have zero stars I would. This company is listed as the laundrette and dry cleaners on Wilton road in Abbeywood. Not only is this dishonest but they don’t even serve the local community so maybe they should pretend to be a company in the area they work at least that may be helpful. Wasted my time and energy. Try advertising yourself instead of jet streaming off other companies hard work. DISGUSTING

    We’ve been using this company for a few weeks now and I am so happy with the whole service. From the people who answer the queries, (the communication is fantastic, ) the delivery / collection man through to the laundering team, I cannot fault them. We receive emails about collection and delivery times, plus the costs which are clearly explained, This service has changed my life as I don’t have to do my patent’s laundry, which was quite time consuming for many reasons.     Do not do this

    Do not do this. I read reviews of lots of sites. Went with this one. Worked out how much it would be to have clothes ironed, made up different bags. They took all the clothes, washed them & folded them. They have come back extremely creased. Does not smell of washing. Items missing. Honestly do not waste your time.

    The service that you receive is second…

    The service that you receive is second to none. Always on time. I’ve been using ihateironing for 2 months now. Everything comes back like new. Never late. The only time I’ve had a problem with delivery, they messaged me straight away, no stress. Everything is delivered in hang up bags so you can just hang it up in your wardrobe. I’m so glad that I found these guys. I have recommended them to so many people. Totally professional.

    Great and attentive service. Excellent turnaround times and punctuality.
    Two minor points.
    I put a pair of cord trousers in to be washed, O wash them myself at home. Yu highlighted that you thought dry cleaning less risky As time was short I agreed and paod the extra. In future I will make it clear they will survive washing so you do ot worry.
    When returning the laundry your driver went to Clareville Street, NOT Clareville Grove and got a bit confused. We sorted ourselves out. It is a maze of one way streets. Perhaps you should flag the need to take care in your system.

    duvet cover dirty

    I have gave my duvet cover to be cleaned although it came back iron there is still some dust particles on it and there’s a lot of hair that is still on it meaning they didn’t clean it very well. I am very disappointed when I give you something I expected to be clean I have went around and told all of my friends on how good your quality was, but I guess I was wrong

    Very very fast response time

    The dirty laundry pickup is done so fast, that is amazing. You get reminders of pickup and delivery together with easy links to update those timings if needed.

    I highly recommend this service.

    Only one complaint

    Kept me in the picture when the cleaning of one item took a bit longer.
    My only criticism is that a pair of cords were cleaned but not pressed.

    Very disappointed...items missing

    i was thrilled when i came across I Hate Ironing - i was doing a very big clean (about 30 pieces) including duvets, bed covers and rugs and the like, and this seemed a perfect solution. Several pieces were delayed and on the email setting out what was coming back later, more than half my items were missing. After many emails and phone calls, it turned out that most of the items were there. However, 2 items are still missing and it has now been 10 days. Also, one of the items has come back filthy although there were no permanent stain so i assume it wasnt cleaned and they have offered to pick it up. I dont know if they will sort all this out, but the reason for using them which is to save my time has really not worked out at all as i have spent hours chasing them up. Very disappointed.
