Please refrain from buying them the communication is really bad. I bought a watch which took forever to be shipped plus when I got it no invoice was there and had to request it manually which took them another one month to send simply over email.

Not the cheapest and on top of that horrible service after sales if you watch issue or come across any you at your own

Please don't order anything from Iguana. They are selling products which they don't have and they have no idea when and if they can send it. Even they say in their website in 7 days they will inform shipment date this doesn't happen. I ordered a watch on 8th of April. 3 weeks past, no news about when they can deliver it.

This is the 4th Police men’s watch I’ve purchased from Iguana. And they always arrive in superior condition & expedient delivery. I hunt for deals when I like a brand - far & away THE best prices are at this site. I’m certainly not done shopping with them.

I purchased a pelican pen on February 26 - Order #22339. The pen has not shipped and the company stopped communicating. And yet they are still advertising the pen that I ordered. I will wait a few more days and then contact my credit card company.

Update: The company contacted me after my original review on March 5, offering a refund, which I accepted. It's April 14, and after a few email exchanges, I still don't have my money, with no response to my last follow-up email. At least the customer experience is consistent with them: it's terrible from end-to-end.

Currently having a terrible experience with Iguanasell AU and Zeppelin. I ordered two Zeppelin watches at the end of December that showed as "in stock" on Iguana's website, only to find out that they were going to be manufactured AFTER my order. If I see something in stock, I expect the product already exists, and to be shipped within a couple of days. Anyway, I had to reset my expectations on when I would actually receive the watches. Good thing I wasn't buying a gift for a birthday or something.

On Feb 17, they sent me an email saying that they are going to receive the watches from the manufacturer that week and then ship them to me. But three days later, got another email saying my watch didn't pass quality control and it has to be manufactured again. No estimated time of delivery was provided.

I replied asking if we could push Zeppelin to provide an estimated delivery, and what was going on with the second watch I purchased as they only mentioned one watch in their email. I took the opportunity to tell them how disappointed I was, and that they should be more transparent about how they operate (listing stuff as in stock when it's not, listing an AU phone number but having no local customer service etc.). Two weeks later, and they haven't replied to my email. My money has been in their bank account for a long time though. Not really what I would call "exemplary" customer service, as they claim. If you want to spare yourself some stress, avoid Iguana Sell AU.

Being a neophyte on the subject of feathers, and after the explanations received, from the IGUANA team, I decided on a pen out of logic, for a beginner. A Namiki, it's true that Nippon Arts is the cheapest, but... It is EXCEPTIONAL, of exquisite quality, warmth in the hand that impresses. And when writing flows... I notice it as if it had always been. It won't be the last Namiki you buy in IGUANA. Thank you for your professionalism and excellence throughout the process

Charging your credit card for a product they don't have in stock or even know if they can source is not a good business practice, and not ethical. In particular if after a week of having charged your card they have no idea if they'll deliver the pen.

Stunner!
The Visconti Mirage Emerald is a stunner. The color has real depth — rich, vibrant, and even better in person than in photos. Communication can be slow, thus the 4 stars instead of 5, but the products are usually sold at very reasonable prices and you have the guarantee that comes with an authorized and established dealer.

I recently purchased a Namiki/Pilot Urushi pen from them and received it safely with all proper documentation. I will purchase more pens from Iguana Sell in the future.

It's a large pen with a 90% resemblance to the Sailor Ebonite KOP which is 7 to 8 times more expensive. It feels substantial in the hand, and the steel broad nib writes beautifully.

A great watch, feels indestructible and looks good on the wrist.

Outstanding craftsmanship
This Namiki Yukari pen shows how Japanese artistry and technical skills can produce an object that is both utilitarian and aesthetic. It is absolutely stunning in its design, the minimalist pine needles theme is balanced with the glittery fragments of abalone shells. I have spent a lot of time just admiring the effect of the changing shimmers, but I am also enjoying the smooth writing. An investment, but it’s certainly worth it.

I was absolutely delighted to receive this pen! It was something that I wanted for a while and I was not disappointed when I received it. It is absolutely gorgeous, writes smoothly and the service from Iguana was incredible. The pen came with cartridge and converter, in a beautiful box and all customs and shipping were already taken care of - all I needed to do is to place an order and patiently wait (the pen has arrived very quickly despite coming from Spain!). I picked a medium nib and it writes very smoothly, thicker than a 0.7 gel pen. I would love to buy from Iguana again some day, and in the meantime I will cherish my Pilot Capless in Lilac.

The pen looks even better than the pictures and the Carbonesque lacquer finish has a pleasing texture. Excellent build quality, a nice weight in the hand, and very smooth nib. Medium writes similar to a European medium so consider if that is what you want. The clip does not interfere with how I naturally grip this pen. I prefer to syringe-fill the included converter to get a full ink capacity. Delivery to the UK was very prompt with good tracking, and no additional charges.

Incredibly disappointed by the fountain pen and the service received by Iguana. I ordered an Aurora flexi F nib (over 400 pounds). Received a very scratchy and not even remotely flex nib (nothing like the reviews I saw online of this pen) The company refused to cover return cost (unless they deem the nib subpar which I am not sure how I can trust they will admit it's subpar. At this price point, return costs should be covered no questions asked and I regret not checking first) and clearly they don't test the nibs before shipping which is also unacceptable at this price point. I will never order from them again or Aurora for that matter. Very disappointed.

Very poor customer service. I placed two orders for fountain pens as presents. It was not apparent given the shop title and web address being I’m based, that the products would be shipped from Spain with a highly restrictive courier, which meant that no alternative delivery options are available and packages will not be delivers with refund not being available for weeks
