When I brought my lightsaber I accidentally changed it into ghost mode, the team were so so incredibly helpful and assisted me in returning it to normal, and even offered to replace it if we couldn’t fix it, I would definitely recommend ignition masters for buying lightsabers! Brought my childhood dream alive!
