They look trustable, but they are not
i thought it is the best site ever. but it is the worst...
i did few purcheses, it wen smoth and with really good services. but few days ago i made my last purchase, and right afterthat my account became unaccessable. fo wat they call (my safety) they blocked my account and forced me to reacctivate it by sending them a pic of my ID and of me. i didn't want to share my personal sensitive information with them, so i have no access to my account anymore,i can't even receive or refund the last time i purchased becouse the account is locked.
it may be normal for others, but for me it is unacceptable. it is supposed to be optional to give such sensitive information. but blocking my account after i made few trades, knowing they are holding me from some important info about my trades, to force me to send them my sensitive information.. it sounds creepy. i am never going back to that site

What you’re describing isn’t a trust issue, it’s the process of upgrading from a test user to a verified seller on our platform.
KYC verification is standard on all reliable marketplaces and a crucial security measure to ensure safe trading for everyone involved.
You haven’t explained how verifying users makes a platform untrustworthy. In fact, the opposite is true: requiring ID verification protects both buyers and sellers from fraud and account misuse.
The requirement to verify your identity before continuing to sell is clearly outlined in our ToS as well as our knowledge base articles, which are linked directly on the dashboard.
As a test user, you can upload a few offers and make your first sale, but continued trading requires verification.
You are, of course, free not to proceed, in that case, you simply lose access to trading features, but your account is not banned, contrary to what you implied.
In short, what you described as a “security risk” is actually a standard safety feature on every serious marketplace.
Given your views on such essential safeguards, I believe it’s best we don’t work together in the future.
