David Lillis iGate - Top Service
I reached out to David Lillis in igate and received excellent customer service and advise initially over the phone regard office chairs. All responses were prompt and professional. David came out to our 3 regional offices and provided sample office chairs for staff to try out for a few days. Ergonomically office chairs are not one size fits all David advised. Staff selected the chair that suited them having used a range of samples over a few days. Reported back to David how many of which type of chair was required, and as quick as that order is complete. Top service and very professional service.

I have recently changed to this company and so far my experience has been excellent. There is a very personal approach to how they operate and they really care! The prices are good but the service has exceeded my expectations. After all the frustrations with my previous supplier I do hope they will continue this.
