Great flavoursome protein shake. Can be mixed with water which is nice but when added to milk it’s the best milkshake around. I have cookies and cream, I will definitely buy this product again and also try new flavours.
I run long marathon Miles so it’s important for me to fuel my muscles, this helps massively with a quick recovery.

I only take 1 scoop per 500ml serving. It’s how I like it. My son takes 2 scoops. Personal preference at the end of the day. Yes, I recommend this product.

Being lactose intolerant it is difficult to find some good vegan protein powder. Usually they don't blend well and taste bad. You will not have that problem with this protein powder 😊
