My screen cracked within a week and I sent an email requesting a new screen or refund. I did not receive a reply so ended up buying a whole new phone. Can you please refund me for the broken screen you put on?

Great repair
Plato is extremely professional, very communicative, arrived on time and did great repair work. My iPhone 11 had both cameras broken and no lenses and Plato did a quick job fixing it and I was on my way. This is the second repair he has done for me and both times the service he provided was excellent.
