Bad practic
Scam? Put money and realised that isnt what I needed, did do any action here. So tried to withdraw MY money and this bad people are saying I cant withdraw MY money. I have to fulfil more burocratic things that they dont needed by depositing. For me its a scam, its a robbery. Be careful people!!
And who is harming whom? Its fu...ng clear. Im harmned!!

the FREE bouns is not FREE
they gave me a FREE 40$ bonus (which was 20% bonus for my 200$ deposit) and after I lost that bonus they double-charged me and took 40$ more of my actual money for that without any permission or explanation and when I asked for return they told me that bonus wasn't FREE ! and they did it not right after I lost the Bonus , they did it like 1 year later ! again without any permission or explanation. so after a year my bonus that I've already lost, became UNFREE !
BTW as a matter of fact I checked and i found out that the bonus was for my birthday, 20% Bonus for any deposit on your birthday !

Why privately change the leverage of customers?
I want to know why you changed the client's leverage without authorization. I traded rice in August last year, and you changed the leverage from 1:200 to 1:50 without authorization, causing me to sell out. I had no prior knowledge of the change in leverage, and you did not notify me at all. This is very strange and completely incomprehensible. I hope to receive your explanation

Our spreads are clearly indicated in our website (https://www.ifcmarkets.com/en/trading-conditions/accounts):
- from 0.4 pip for floating spread
- from 1.8 pip for fixed spread
However, spreads may go higher during low volatility periods.
If you want to trade with a lower spread we recommend to try the floating spread. If you want to trade with more predictable spread, then it is better to trade with the fixed spread.

- for EURUSD the floating spread is starting from 0.4 and fixed spread is 1.8. And there is no any commission on top of this spread.
If you opened an account with fixed spread and found our spreads high, we recommend to check to check our floating spreads accounts.
