Great company, their fax service helped us for 1 year now, while we transitioning to another system I would like to say thank you iFax for your continued support.

We are transitioning into a new EHR that has Fax service within it, this is the only reason why we are leaving iFax.

iFax is certainly the best and easiest platform to use those still sending a fax. The app is fantastic and very easy to use. Technical or administrative support has always been excellent. I’m the rare occasion i’ve had an issue, they are able to get it resolved with minimal to no down time. Pricing is options are great and very reasonable compared to others in the market! The free trial is a great way to explore iFax but if you need to fax regularly, I know you’ll stay in beyond that.

I am one of the unfortunate souls who have issues understanding technology. iFAX was surprisingly easy to navigate and customer service were very helpful. I also appreciated reading about history and founder of the company.

I tried to use a free trial to send a fax. My document was 3 pages and less than 1 mb, but when I tried to upload it to fax, I got a pop up telling me I could only send up to 30 pages and 20 mb or I had to upgrade. I couldn’t get past that and gave up.

Good support. I’d forgot to cancel my free subscription because I had only one fax to send so the annual plan was charged. The iFax team really helped me get my redound with Apple Pay.

I set up an account. I diligently ensured that any long-term fee-based account was not included. To this date (10 days later) it shows as a "free account."

However, they charged me not only an annual fee but also a monthly fee and have refused to answer my inquiries to their support. $184.65 plus $32.57 so far for sending a single-page "free" fax.

The good news is that the fax did reach its destination. Interestingly, they created a cover page and sent it separately several minutes before the document.

The staff who assisted with my problem helped promptly and resolved the issue I was having. However, reaching them so they could help me took over a week, which is nerve wracking for a business. I love this service, I have used it for many years. They need to better support and increase the volume of their customer support staff, because clearly they are overburdened, but doing their best and executing well when they get to you.

Great communication with outstanding issues and issues were resolved in a timely manner.

Don't be misled by the claim of a free trial.
You need to provide your credit card details.
I was informed by one of their sales team members that before I could start a "free trial" I needed to pay a subscription of $30 per month! Go figure. Needless to say I decided to cancel my profile that I created online. Well, there is no way you can do this! Their support team informed me that they cannot cancel a subscription on their end since it has to be initiated by me personally. They told me to hit the CANCEL PLAN button on my account page but,,, THERE IS NO SUCH BUTTON! Trapped and they have all your credit card and other information.

Use this app at your own risk. I used their web-based service to send one fax during the 7-day free trial. I had some issues and was unable to cancel until the 8th day. They immediately charged me $99. I tried to get them to reverse the charge, but it never happened. Ok. My bad. I get it, I didn’t cancel during the 7-day window. But, this was in early 2020 and they have continued to try to charge me $99 each year since. It’s 2023! I even spoke with one of their developers, Richard Gold at length via telephone and was assured my account was canceled. Seriously do not recommend just for their shady practices and apparent non-existent customer service.

customer service was very responsive and in the end they refunded the money I asked for. However the issue is that I tried to send the fax 5 times and on the other end, they said it was too light and could not read it. efax was a much better service.

I occasionally have to send faxes, and while looking for an app, iFax routinely ranked at the top of each list. I utilized the free trial, and it worked flawlessly. Easy as sending an email. Once the trial was up, the friendly, helpful customer service department helped me transition to their free plan with pay-as-you-go options. This will be my go-to faxing tool from now on. Can’t say enough positive things about the experience. Thumbs way up.

My issue has not been resolved. Recipients for my out going faxes are not receiving my faxes

I find iFax to be a great product, when I have questions they are answered promptly and with expertise. It is great value for money, better than any of the other fax services I have tried.

Great app. Has had technical difficulty but Jovi from support assisted me and was wonderful and patient.

I'm a manager at the medical lab. Previous manager signed a pretty bad deal with eFax, which is one of the biggest and oldest companies on a market.
Thankfully Inwas able to cancel eFax and sign contract with iFax.

iFax is so much better. It looks good, modern and slick. It has intuitive and clean interface. It works equally good. And most importantly it has better price

It took too long to get the email needed to verify my email! I never got the email through the fax program....had to log in through the website.
