Terrible customer service!!!
I have ordered 10 electrical scooters from them with a warranty. After reselling them 7 scooters had problems with battery fault/scooter electrical wires fault/not waterproof or non-functional at all. 3 scooters have been fixed temporarily but the other 5 they refuse to fix! They start to ignore me in messages. Basically, their scooters are just a piece of crap. They are not a waterproof as staited!
Please avoid them if you don't want to be scammed
