Their communication and updates about the status of your visa are impeccable -- prompt and frequent. They reached out quickly when there was an error uploading a document for my application and once I resubmitted, they continued processing very quickly. Worst customer service - the chat robots don’t do anything except for the pasting the same lines to customer again and again without a proper answer
The landline number never answers and the what’s app number given never replies.
Once they take your money, they will not follow up with you - it’s a waste of money website

This iE-Visa is useless visa agent i've ever experienced.
Customer service are very very slow, even mentioned ultra urgent also not able to make for us. Playing us with senior staff and junior staff, eventually all are same.
I have seen other website they can done within one day. Think twice before using this services.
I am totally disappointed and frustrated with this iE-Visa group. I am so much frustrated. People working in this iEVisa.come are full with brainless people. This is whole new level of being morn.
Please use different agent. There are many agents out there doing much more better than this.

Worst service ever I paid 100USD…
Worst service ever I paid 100USD additional per visa for express visa to Oman and my familly never got it in time and I lost all flights and hotels booking.
They pushed me to use express service and pay additional 100 saying we guarantee you will get the visa.
