Terrible shipping job by FedEx!!
My camera took 14 days to get here and it was not delivered to my home! FedEx is the worst in delivering packages. One of my neighbors contacted me and said that he had it at his steps, he lives two streets away from me! I will never order another item from a company that uses FedEx as their shipper!
Always great experiences
My experiences with iGeek have always been great! Their products and service are super!
This company are scammers from China
This company are scammers from China, they advertise a camera doorbell with AI features but when you get it you find out you have to pay a rolling monthly subscription for the AI feature. Also the recording length isof video events is very small & if you subscribe to their cloud storage you can only record 12 second events it's totally useless. They scam people with their adverts

The power cord is far too short so I had to buy a longer cord.
The instructions are virtually unreadable unless your the owner of a powerful magnifying glass.
Camera adjustment poor.
And over 5months later they want to question my review and to give more details isn't the detail I gave enough.
Inconsistent
Well. I have it a try. I bought 4 cameras and set them all up. It was totally embarrassing. My neighbor saw me setting up the cameras and it worked I thought but at night the camera focused on one of my exterior lights instead of filming. And the infrared night vision didn't work and the one next to the light didn't work at all at night - herein comes the embarrassment, my neighbor's car got broken into and one of the cameras pointed right at his car - he asked me to check and nothing - nothing came up. It's inconsistent and fuzzy when it does work. inconsistent pretty much sums it up. I am going to try another brand - I would have asked/put in for a warranty and just don't want to bother - I'm done. I just stopped my extra wifi because it just wasn't working well enough or consistently enough to even warrant the extra expense of the extra wifi hot spot I got.
Got one of theirs cameras.
Got one of their camera, although the picture quality is good, I will said that keeping it at a chosen location is a nightmare. Also, using the arrows on my phone to move the camera is the lottery as this dot not Always works when you needs it. I have use the Anran before and genuinely believe that it is more easier to use it than iegeek. The iegeek good point is that, it comes with one international Sim card @$9.99 per month for 4G.

My baby monitor/camera stopped working (after five months), and I have messaged the company on eBay (where I ordered it), but there has been no answer. The camera has an active warranty. That's so disappointing; I would stay away from this company and its products.
Always Helpful
I have a full suite of ieGeek cameras. When I had to take one down for a repair on the roof where it was mounted, and I lost both the mount and the solar panel. The Customer Service folks were able to rapidly locate the parts I needed for a three year old camera and sell them to me with delivery in less thank a week.

IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE
My ieGeek product stopped working. The issue is not the one that is described in their FAQs, nor in the manual. I sent several emails to the company, filled-in the relevant online forms, but they failed to reply. It is not possible to contact the customer service at all. Nothing is publically known about this company, apart from the fact that is is based in China. Neither the CEO, nor ownership - everything is secret.
Dodgy company who make threats and lies on banking disputes (FRAUD)
Dodgy company who make threats!
Ordered cameras but they didn't work. Returned them, and Royal Mail showed they had been signed for at Amazon. No refund for 2 weeks. I chased them 3 times via email and help forms. My bank were helpful and did a charge back. Only once I got my money back did iegeek contact me, pressuring me to cancel the dispute and saying as a scare tactic that they won't pay their staff member for their slow response if I don't cancel it. Very dodgy.
Update 2: they rejected my credit dispute with lies, saying I returned it late. But they are bad liars as in the dispute they put in a DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS DETAILS which is a massive data breach. I have raised this with HSBC, awaiting a final outcome. But this is especially dodgy. If you're going to lie, don't use another customer's details - wrong order amount, name/gender and location in the UK on a banking form. AWFUL. Are they trying to make it obvious they are committing fraud?
