Please accept our deepest apologies for the lack of communication from our side. The past few months have been incredibly difficult for our team. Our long-term manufacturing partner, who we worked with for 11 years, stopped fulfilling orders in mid-May after relocating to Mexico. This left us with a severe operational backlog, leaving us with thousands of pending orders and an inbox immediately saturated with customer follow-ups and inquiries.

We are now working with a new manufacturer and gradually returning to our usual operations. The missing hoodies have also been shipped last week and is now in transit for delivery soon. The same goes with the rest of your order. You should have them real soon.

Again, we apologize for your poor online shopping experience with iEDM. The recent delays and customer service wait times were completely unsatisfactory on our part. We will look to improve in every way possible going forward from here.

While this was our internal issue, the resulting poor experience was entirely on us, and there is absolutely no excuse for the lack of communication.

Regarding your returned shorts, we can confirm that your full refund was processed last week. You should see the funds credited back to your original payment method within the next 3–5 business days.

We are now partnered with a reliable new manufacturer and our operations are steadily returning to our usual standard of efficiency. We are focused on implementing comprehensive system improvements to ensure this kind of failure never happens again.
