My laminator had the laminate stuck on…
My laminator had the laminate stuck on the bottom roller. The lady that I spoke with (twice) was extremely pleasant and helpful. The tech person was also very helpful in giving advice on how to do the repair on our laminator. Highly recommend this company!

Revewing experience with ID Shop
The customer service I received was excellent! I asked for a sample or two, they sent me 2 packs of 6 styles. This gave me an opportunity to test out each one to know exactly worked best for us, and we ended up ordering 400 lanyards. Could not have asked for any better. 5 Stars!

Go with ID Shop- they save you money and work hard to make sure it's right
Very diligent and hard working. Never gave up even though we had many problems initially getting the badges to work. Kim was a pleasure to work with and kept on trying until we got it 100% right!!! Great job!!!
